- Caldwell: Calls are taken on the 3rd Thursday of every month @ (318) 649-6460

- Catahoula: Calls are taken on the 3rd Thursday of every month @ (318) 389-4810

- Concordia: Calls are taken on the 3rd Friday of every month @ (318) 757-9213

- Franklin: Calls are taken on the 3rd Friday of every month @ (318) 435-6333

- Grant: Calls are taken on the 3rd Thursday of every month @ (318) 627-3754

- Jackson: Calls are taken on the 3rd Wednesday of every month @ (318) 389-4810

- LaSalle: Calls are taken on the 3rd Friday of every month @ (318) 389-4810

- Tensas: Calls are taken on the 1st Friday of every month @ (318) 766-4591

- Winn: Calls are taken on the 1st Thursday of every month @ (318) 389-4810

Please call your local office between the hours of 8:00 am and 4:30 pm for information on how to schedule an appointment.

Walk-ins are accepted between the hours of 9:00am and 3:00pm Monday through Friday, with the exception of Jackson & Winn Parishes.
